Manaccan Pre-School has been running since September 2003 and was set up by a group of parents and teachers.
Our primary aim is to enhance the development and education of children under school age in a setting which has strong community connections.
We also aim to provide a safe, stimulating and fun setting, where children are able to learn through play, and to encourage independence and confidence.
We work within the Early Years Foundation Stage so that children develop key stage skills to prepare them for the time when they start school. We actively encourage parental involvement and are keen to provide opportunities for you and your family to be involved in the activities of the Playgroup and the progress of your child.
Here is some key information about us:
- We admit children aged two and a half and over. Children do not need to be potty trained.
- Our hours are 9am to 12pm Monday to Friday.
- Fees for children under the age of three who do not qualify for Government funding are £5.25 per session.
